Urethane Caulk and Rodent Strip

We offer perimeter sealing using a urethane caulk, designed to fill the gap between the floor and wall. We also provide rodent control marking services that are essential for any food or pharmaceutical facility. A common method includes an 18-inch-wide white "rodent stripe" (also known as a rat run) applied along the perimeter walls. This marked area allows for an easy detection of rodent activity, such as droppings. Rodent striping can typically be completed in one day with minimal disruption to your facility's daily operations

PVC Tape

We provide markings using vinyl and PVC tape. Our 32-mil PVC tape has a dual-beveled edge for added durability in high-traffic areas. These markings are designed for easy removal, making them ideal for rentals, changing layouts, and smooth transitions at lease end or move-out.
