Line Striping Installation for Freight Management Facility

We were contacted by a global logistics and supply chain company specializing in freight management and contract logistics to install line striping in one of their warehouse facilities.
Our team installed durable line striping to mark designated freight loading areas. Based on the customer’s operational needs, we planned and determined the optimal layout and spacing for each section.
The project began with taping out the layout, followed by the application of a high-visibility yellow epoxy coating for long-lasting performance.
With the new striping in place, the customer now has a more organized and efficient facility, allowing for faster and safer truck loading operations.

A plastic injection molding company contacted Busy Beaver Inc. to install an epoxy coating in their new lab as part of their production expansion and preparation for a newly purchased machine.
We began by repairing a damaged section of the floor using an epoxy matrix. Afterward, we prepped the floor by scrubbing for coating adhesion. Lastly, we applied an epoxy primer followed by a 100% solids epoxy coating.
The result is a durable and reliable floor, ready to support the company’s new machine and growing production demands.

We began by removing stickers and residue before applying heavy-duty degreasers. Using a multi-pass method, we scrubbed open areas with riding machines and detailed tighter spaces with hand equipment.
This warehouse now has a clean floor and is ready for its next tenant.

We were contacted by a leading provider of fiber-based consumer packaging solutions, including folding cartons, cups, and food service packaging, to install an epoxy coating for a new machine press area.
Joint filling is typically required in food facilities, so we started the project by filling all joints with a polyurea. We prepped the floor by grinding for coating adhesion.
For this specific project, we installed an epoxy primer and finished the project with a 100% solids coating in dark grey. A 100% solids epoxy offers more build on the floor. Epoxy coatings protect your concrete by providing a durable wear surface. They also stop oils and other contaminants from penetrating your slab, allowing for a cleaner facility.
We completed the work while the customer was still in production. This customer now has a durable floor for their new machine installation.
