When both Mick and Jim passed, their sister, Judy Stoeberl, stepped in to lead the company. As President, she guided the team with strong leadership and strategic vision, preserving the core values her brothers had established and ensuring sustained growth.
Fast forward to 2025, and the next generation is proudly advancing the legacy. Frank Stoeberl, a second-generation family member, now serves as President. Under his leadership, Busy Beaver continues to evolve, combining decades of experience with modern innovation to deliver outstanding results.

Frank Stoeberl
President and Project Management
Frank has been a dedicated member of the Busy Beaver team since 2009, starting as a flooring technician. His hard work and expertise earned him a promotion to crew leader in 2011. Recognized for his strong organizational skills and field knowledge, Frank was promoted to project manager in 2014, where he continued to excel. In 2017, he was selected for the operations manager role, and his exceptional leadership led to his promotion to Vice President in 2018.
Throughout his journey with us, Frank has exceeded all expectations, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to our company’s success. We’re incredibly proud of his accomplishments and know he will continue to drive Busy Beaver Inc. to new heights in his role as President.

Vice President and Project Management
Judy has been a vital member of the Busy Beaver team since 2000. Throughout her tenure, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional adaptability and commitment, contributing across a wide range of roles including project management, sales, accounting, and marketing.
Her extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the company have made her a highly valued part of our operations.

Dan Martin
Operations Manager
Dan joined the Busy Beaver team in 2011, bringing a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to quality from day one. Starting as a flooring technician, he quickly gained a reputation for his attention to detail and reliability.
In 2015, Dan’s leadership abilities and job site experience earned him a promotion to Crew Leader. By 2019, his consistent performance, team-first mindset, and deep knowledge of field operations led to his advancement into the role of Operations Manager.

Operations Manager
Tyler has been a valued member of the Busy Beaver team since 2013, beginning his career as a flooring technician. Accounting and HR Manager

Marketing Manager
Maggie joined Busy Beaver in 2017 as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator. Demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking, and exceptional organization, she quickly advanced to Marketing Manager in 2018.
Since then, Maggie has played a key role in shaping our brand presence and driving successful marketing initiatives that support the company’s growth and reputation.
