Our story began in 1967 when brothers Mick and Jim Finn turned their shared vision into a thriving business. Fueled by a commitment to excellence and innovation, they set out to deliver high-performance flooring solutions tailored to each customer’s unique needs. Their dedication laid the foundation for a company built on trust, hard work, and long-lasting relationships.
When both Mick and Jim passed, their sister, Judy Stoeberl, stepped in to lead the company. As President, she guided the team with strong leadership and strategic vision, preserving the core values her brothers had established and ensuring sustained growth.
Fast forward to 2025, and the next generation is proudly advancing the legacy. Frank Stoeberl, a second-generation family member, now serves as President. Under his leadership, Busy Beaver continues to evolve, combining decades of experience with modern innovation to deliver outstanding results.

Meet Our Team

Frank Stoeberl

President and Project Management
Frank has been a dedicated member of the Busy Beaver team since 2009, starting as a flooring technician. His hard work and expertise earned him a promotion to crew leader in 2011. Recognized for his strong organizational skills and field knowledge, Frank was promoted to project manager in 2014, where he continued to excel. In 2017, he was selected for the operations manager role, and his exceptional leadership led to his promotion to Vice President in 2018.
Throughout his journey with us, Frank has exceeded all expectations, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to our company’s success. We’re incredibly proud of his accomplishments and know he will continue to drive Busy Beaver Inc. to new heights in his role as President.

Judy Stoeberl

Vice President and Project Management
Judy has been a vital member of the Busy Beaver team since 2000. Throughout her tenure, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional adaptability and commitment, contributing across a wide range of roles including project management, sales, accounting, and marketing.
Her extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the company have made her a highly valued part of our operations.
Judy’s dedication and versatility continue to play a key role in the ongoing success of our organization.

Heather Stoeberl

Accounting and HR Manager
Heather joined the Busy Beaver team in 2022 and quickly made a positive impact in both accounting and human resources. Her exceptional organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and eagerness to learn have made her a highly valued member of our team.
Heather approaches every task with dedication and efficiency, and her strong work ethic and positive attitude have made her a truly outstanding addition to our team.

Maggie Finn Smearman

Marketing Manager
Maggie joined Busy Beaver in 2017 as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator. Demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking, and exceptional organization, she quickly advanced to Marketing Manager in 2018. Since then, Maggie has played a key role in shaping our brand presence and driving successful marketing initiatives that support the company’s growth and reputation.

Tyler Wrzesinski

Operations Manager
Tyler has been a valued member of the Busy Beaver team since 2013, beginning his career as a flooring technician. His strong work ethic and technical expertise quickly set him apart, leading to his promotion to Crew Leader in 2015. Known for his exceptional organizational skills and in-depth field knowledge, Tyler consistently demonstrated leadership on the job site.
In 2025, his proven track record and dedication earned him the role of Operations Manager.

Alberto Toledo

Operations Manager
Alberto joined Busy Beaver Inc. in 2001 as a crew member and quickly became known for his strong work ethic and dedication to learning every aspect of our projects. As the company grew, he was promoted to Crew Leader, where he played a key role in leading projects and mentoring crews. With more than 25 years of experience and having a good eye for detail, Alberto has an unmatched understanding of our operations. In 2026, he was promoted to an Operations role, where his knowledge, leadership, and commitment continue to make him an invaluable part of our team.
